Sūrya Gayatri & Sun Mantras

Join me to harness the rising equinox energy to learn and chant the Sūrya Gāyatrī (or just sit in the vibration of it) and meditate on the idea of illumination inside, outside of ourselves and on the path ahead. I'll also chant the Sūrya Udyannadya Mitramahaḥ Mantra for you and take you through it's line by line deeper meaning.

ॐ भास्कराय विद्महे महादुत्याधिकराया धीमहि तनमो आदित्य प्रचोदयात

This session, whilst containing some knowledge sharing will be all meditation and mantra. There will be no expectation for you to share your sound at any point during these sessions, it will be fully led and you can just log in and listen and join in with the call and response sections.
