Included
Intention & Inspiration

Setting an intention a goal is like dropping a pebble into water, it creates a motion that ripples through the session.
Meditation

An opening meditation bridges the everyday and the the holistic experience, just as the breathe bridge the internal and external landscape.
Gongs & Bowls

Gongs are such incredible tools for change. They can help move you forward or get clarify, shift stuck emotions or get insight
Bowls
Oracle Cards

Himalayan & crystal bowl soundscapes are really transporting. Just like the gongs, relaxation, inspiration or just deep rest are all available to you.

The session creates a deep connection to your spirit and that soft focus time immediately after the session is an opportunity to take advantage of that.
Tea & Grounding

Its so important to ground after a session, it seals in all those good vibrations and prepares you for taking them out in the world.
What To Expect
Like all things a sound bath session has a beginning a middle and an end, it's not just about the sound bath bit, although that is, arguably, the most delicious part of the session. It is about the whole journey of the session beginning with shifting out of the everyday to a place where wisdoms can be found and revelations can occur and transition out of that space bringing those things with you before final ending at a place of grounding and new perspective.
The room will be all set up for you with mats, pillows and blankets then we'll set intentions for the session, maybe pulling some oracle cards to suggest a focus. Then shift our perspective via a mediation which maybe just spoken or accompanied by drumming, sruti or something else. The body of the session whether that be crystal bowls or gongs happens next where the deep healing, rest and relaxation occur and insights and epiphanies arrive in our attention (whether conscious or unconscious). This is followed by a slow transition back to just laying resting on the mat, using other instruments, music and mantra before being guided back to seated when we'll take advantage of that soft attention we have to either journal or pull some more cards to add to our insights or answer questions, whilst having tea to ground us.
Gongs or Crystal Bowls
What can I tell you, I find them both incredible healing tools, they are both transportive in different ways, are both great for inspiring insight and getting clarity, facilitating deep rest or just having that time to rest and be. I love them both.

It's really difficult to say if you like this have gongs... if you like the other choose crystal bowls as i) Each session will be different for everyone experiencing it ii) Every session you have will be different depending on where you are and iii) The vibrations go where it needs to.
That being said, and this is a personal thing, I find the gongs more excavating and when I say that I think they help release things you don't need any more, move you if you're stuck and hold space for you to get deep rest. Where the crystal bowls are uplifting and ethereal, they create space for insight and inspiration, connecting you with the universe for answers and bringing in lightness
